Booking reservations must be made with the Booking Officer .
Accommodation Vacancies:
To check for availability, a calendar has been provided.
To view the calendar, navigate to the day you wish to view using the arrows either side of the month stated on the top of the calendar.
Each day has a listing for each room and the beds available in that room. Beds that are booked will be written in the surname of the person that made the booking (ie. ‘Smith’). Vacant beds will be written as ‘VACANT’.
Click on “Todays Bookings” on the day you are after and a pop up screen appears with brief details. Click on “See More Information” and a new screen will open with the vancancies available. The page also displays an interactive location map, in case you need directions and the ability to add the booking details to your calendar, or Facebook Page, so you that once you’ve booked you don’t forget that you are coming!!!
Hit the “Back” button to return back to the website, or click “Todays Bookings” again to return to the main calendar..
Please note, the calendar is in real time. If you have had the page opened for a long period of time, refresh the screen before you inquire in case the page has been updated.
